A ground photo shows a building. An aerial shows the lot, the neighborhood, the view, and how it all fits together. For a listing, a venue, or a project in progress, that context is often what sells it.

I fly under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, check airspace authorization before every flight, and shoot with the same eye for light I bring to every other job. You get one photographer who can also cover the ground photos, the 3D tour, and the headshots in the same visit.

What I shoot

  • Real estate listings and luxury homes
  • Commercial properties and new developments
  • Venues, hotels, golf courses, and wineries
  • Construction progress, one flight or a monthly schedule
  • Short aerial video clips for web and social
  • Edited files sized for MLS, web, and print

How it works

  1. 01

Send the address and what you need.

  2. 02

I check the airspace and plan the flight around the light.

  3. 03

You get edited files, ready to use.
